We're continuing to see high latency for certain Comcast customers to Wikispaces starting this morning at around 10:30 AM PDT. We are in contact with both our network providers and Comcast to remedy this situation as soon as possible. Update: we've been working this issue from both sides, via Comcast and our provider. As of this evening, it's back to normal. We'll be watching the situation very carefully going forward and escalating this problem as aggressively as needed to get it fixed for good for all Comcast customers. - jbyers

Due to a network slowdown upstream of us, some visitors are seeing slow responses from Wikispaces. Our site itself is running normally, and the majority of vistors are unaffected. Will advise as we work through this with our network provider. Update 1: as of late afternoon PDT, this issue is ongoing. A link between Comcast in Northern California and our datacenter in Dallas is experiencing heavy packet loss. We're pushing hard on our providers to rectify this outage. Note that other routes to our datacenter are totally unaffected. More information as we get it. Update 2: as of 9:45 PM PDT, packet loss has dropped substantially. Wikispaces now seems speedy and reliable from NorCal Comcast. We have a case open with Comcast regardless and will do our best to get this issue solved for good. - jbyers
